“Quick delivery and an excellent product. The softbox gives a very nice even light with a hotshoe flash and collapses and folds into an easily portable size and shape. The S-Type bracket is the most convenient and secure fitting that I have found for a hotshoe flash on a lightstand. The flash is positioned close to the centre axis of the modifier - which is an advantage over other brackets when using an umbrella. The flashgun body can at the same time be oriented to allow easy access to its control panel even when the stand is raised above head height. The S-type mounting allows the use of studio softboxes and other modifiers.”

“Bought a package deal inc. SD Card, cleaning kit, and spare battery. It is for a S. Africa trip. It isn't a tourist area - going into the deep Savannah areas for proper nature trailing. Tents etc. No electricity available apart from a very few stops, so ordered spare battery to charge prior. Everything came but the battery. The details inside stated battery to follow soon. Still hasn't arrived after 10 working days. The delivery details have the battery on the information. Probably won't ever arrive by looks of things, seems to have been forgotten or got lost in one of those never ending delivery cycles where it sits randomly in a van for months before being found and resent. (had this countless times online shopping) Not just Fotosense. The Camera is excellent - exactly what you'd expect really. I could debate the small difference and pros/cons between other rival cameras, but really, the +/- 5% differences are completely irrelevant unless you are an absolute expert with a camera and can make use of it. For new users or enthusiasts you're not going to see much difference. It works, and works very well. Lens is fantastic, and the 4K function is brilliant, but make sure you have the correct viewing equipment to make full use of it.”

“One item was unavailable, for which I was refunded. I also paid for first class delivery so that I could have the film in time for my holiday. It was estimated to arrive on the 10th, but arrived over a week later! Fortunately, I found an Impossible film reseller in Paris to purchase some film, but it was at considerable inconvenience. Should I not hear back after leaving this feedback, I'll be making a request for a refund of postage at the very least, as the extra £4 or so that I spent to have the film arrive on time was quite pointless. “I am pleased with the product and was particularly pleased to get a 3 year warranty as my previous small cameras have not lasted 3 years I rang up for some advice and clarification of web site and this was good I took the free delivery but camera ordered one afternoon came next morning about 1000hrs”

“Excellent service quick dispatch more importantly UK product with UK Guarantee could have bought cheaper on ebay but grey imports from "UK based" Company's but with £30 Panasonic cash back offer and 5 Year warranty was the best price and option for peace of mind. Overall I could have saved £10 buying elsewhere so what. Spent a few hours on research before buying would recommend for price service.”
