Good price but packaging was in poor condition. The box was very tatty, had obviously had obviously been opened and the contents handled. The camera had very strong evidence it had also been handled but appears to be OK. Very disappointed that this wasn't a factory sealed box and someone else got to hold my camera. I only hope it hasn't been a refurbished or customer return.

I'm actually unhappy as when I placed my order, which was showing as low stock - but still in stock - I received an email saying it would take longer, almost 2 weeks, to dispatch it and I was offered a refund If I wasn't happy with that. So far, fair enough and I decided to wait. But when the date came, no dispatch and no further contact was made and after almost another week of silence I had to send an email requesting for updates on the matter. The reply came a few days later and I thought it was quite dry and unapologetic considering what happened. In the end, the order I placed on 30th of March arrived almost a month later, on the 29th of April.

Items were stated as in stock but took over two weeks to be dispatched!!

Hi, After 14 days I finally got my Gopro camery even though it was on stock when I ordered. I Wonder how it can take so long time to move a item from stock. Never the less, now it is here. However, after opening the box I found NO 64 GB memory Card even though I paid +38,40 £ for it already (total 219 + 38,40 = 257,40£). Please send it imediately. BR Jakob

Cheap and nasty flexible plastic very expensive, suppose you are paying for the idea which is very good just a shame about the final product.

Product as described but very slow delivery. 1st Class so it only took one day after it was despatched which is as expected. It just took 3 working days to be despatched. I ordered on (I believe) Wednesday 9th April. I was sent an email telling me it would be despatched on Friday 11th April when it was actually despatched on Monday 14th April (I won't count the two days of the weekend although it would have been nice to have had it by then). I had ordered products from several different companies at the same time all of which arrived by Friday 11th April except yours.

The price was good but delivery was slower than expected and there is a part missing at the moment. The person that answered my email was very apologetic and has promised to send it on a.s.a.p., so hopefully I'll be happier soon.

Wanting to make a purchase I sent two emails via your website but got no reply. I phoned through instead. When I received the order the tungsten light bulb was missing. Then I discovered that the reflector hood was missing too. I got these eventually, but I am still missiing the DVD that was supposed to come with the equipment.

Transaction was well dealt with, but I object to getting rid of their excess cardboard. My package had added additional used cardboard containing third party addresses!!!!

An overly delayed order for such a small item. Great to have it as an option to buy at a sensible price, however would have preferred to buy from elsewhere.

I had to wait far too long for my product to arrive. Phoned up to ask where it was and was told I would be phoned back and of course I wasn't. It would be nice just to be told if you haven't got a product in Stock and how long it may take to get it.

Ordered three weeks ago have not received goods yet was told were in stock was for a birthday present two weeks ago not very good service. G clarkeloop loop oldlip
