Ordered 3 products of which 1 turned out to be out, held order and had to chase for other items.

Purchased on Monday, paid for 48 hour service, I was then rather unsympathetically told that the item would arrive Friday, I had to send numerous emails to explain that I had paid for 48 hour delivery until I was offered a refund. Also an item was delivered to the wrong address, I had to go and collect it, funnily enough I am still waiting to hear back from you with regards to the tracking number, Don't bother though, I have received it all now. Prices are decent and website is good, but your customer service is awful.

Paid for first class delivery as I was going on holiday. Package turned up a day later than expected clearly marked second class post.

Website said item was in stock and would be dispatched in 2 or 3 days. However once order was placed item was suddenly no longer in stock! It took around 2 weeks to arrive. Not what I expect in todays marketplace. If you haven't got it in stock, don't lead customers to think you have it sitting on the shelf. Once item was dispatched it arrived within 24 hours, well packaged and as expected.

Disappointed about length of time before I received my order!! Although had an email to say it was had been dispatched 2 days after placing my order. Rang up after 9 days, as had not received my order, and was told it had been despatched. .2 days later it arrived. Product is great and price was excellent.

Knowing the likelyhood that I would probably be out when I would expect delivery, I specifically asked for delivery by First Class Recorded Delivery, thinking that this would involve the post office who would put a card through my door and I could then pick it up from the local sorting office. No. It came by couriour and prior to delivery I had an email asking for delivery instructions. I asked that it was put over my back garden gate, but left leaning against the gate. The damage to the box clearly indicated that this had been tossed over the gate. Fortunately there was no damage to the item so I have not reported this. Given there was also an option of delivery by courior and I had not opted for this delivery method then there is clearly someting very wrong with dispatch.

I ordered a UV Filter and a lens protector. When the items arrived, the UV filter was in its box, still sealed with both seals intact. The lens protector however had both seals on the box broken. When I lifted it out of the box and held it up to the light there was a smudged fingerprint and dust on it. This in my view is unacceptable and I will probably not use this company again for my photography needs.

Website led me to believe that all 3 items I ordered were in stock, but were received separately over a period of a week or so, which was inconvenient because I'd ordered in plenty of time for the short holiday I was taking, and didn't get all the goods before I went. Insofar as I eventually got what I ordered, well-packed, and in good condition, the experience was good, but communications could have been a lot better: I had to phone Fotosense to get information. So overall, could do better.

I feel let let down by Fotosense because their pop up adverts clearly say 'free postage' but this not true - no option is offered! RD

I ordered 5 items, 2 came by timed courier on the day i specified, the other three came from another supplier, i later discovered and were sent out to the courier, with almost no address, no instructions about timing and it took three deliveries and 3 days to get to me. Not impressed and first and last order....

We are sorry to here you had an issue with TNT on the delivery of the oversized paper rolls. These items are strictly supplied by the manufacturer direct and TNT are the only courier who are shipping this item. The delivery method you selected was FREE delivery and not a timed service - Free Shipping (3 - 5 day delivery). According to our records and timescales given your order arrived on time and within the 5 day window. The address you provided to us was the address we passed to the courier along with your mobile number after the first communication with you. We did everything we could on this order to ensure delivery. You got the first 2 goods on a next day delivery FREE of charge and 4 days early ! Thanks Customer Service

Although in stock it took four days for them to dispatch my goods, they said my delivery would be trackable but it wasn't, I queried this with customer services but they ignored my questions and just gave me the dispatch date which I already knew.

I ordered a tripod head BRJD80 on 25/01/15. I received A video head S2 in error. My RMA#0000001319 was successfully created on 30/1/15 but I have had no further response and no BRJD80 Kind regards Bob Murray bob.murray3@virginmedia .com

main part of order arrived somewhat later than expected, had to chase remainder of order (still awaited 15 days after order placed) as someone failed to put it with main order. prices seem good value

I made an order in December for three filters, I have received two filters, and I,am waiting for my order to be completed I have made two phone calls, one said my order will be with me in the next three days, So have just phoned again and this time I was told that you do not have it in stock. Now I am told it will be at the end of January , I will wait until then, if then I do not receive it , I will cancel, and shop some where else.

I waited 16 days for 3 items to arrive. then I tried ringing to find out where they were. No one answered phone so I raised a ticket online. I got a reply within 1 day which told me that they only had 2 of my 3 items in stock and were waiting for stock to arrive of the third. They asked did I want them to send the 2 in stock and cancel the third. I said send 2 in stock and wait for 3rd to arrive. I then found that I could buy 3rd item from elsewhere who did have stock so sent another message to say cancel 3rd item but substitute it with a fourth. No reply so I didn't know if they were doing this. Nothing arrived so after 2 more days I rang and spoke to someone who sorted it all out and all 3 items arrived 2 days later. I was frustrated at first as I never got replies but satisfied at end as I did get all items I required and they cancelled the out of stock one. But if they had replied to all my messages I would have been happier at the start. So overall happy with what I got but feel that their system of communication needs to be altered if they want customer satisfaction.

I have been asked to complete this questionnaire seven working days after placing my order. It would be reasonable to assume that I had received the goods by now but the truth is, I haven't. Therefore, I cannot give an overall impression of how good or bad Fotosense is. The only features I can comment on are: - Pricing - Very competitive. Delivery - Poor. To be fair the parcel was delivered on Friday (it is now Monday) but unfortunately we weren't in. However, I had received an email from Fotosense on the previous Wednesday to say that the goods had been despatched by First class post. To my mind I should have received the goods the next day, Thursday. I waited in. This is not necessarily Fotosense's fault it could be down to Royal Mail. I can only report on the situation I find myself in at the time that I am asked to complete a customer satisfaction questionnaire.

Camera arrived with seal on box broken and no instruction booklet. I rang up, spoke to Jack and was promised a call back which never came.

I ordered a product on may 14 and i have only just received it. I only received an update on the slow progress of my order when i called last week. I believe that the supplier was not chased at all and without my call i still would not have my bag.
