“I stumbled across FotoSense while looking for a tripod and head. I had never heard of them before, but they offered a great price, so did some research and read some reviews. Glad I did. The Manfrotto tripod and head I wanted for £208 delivered was by far the most competitive I could find, and it arrived safely about 3 days later. I would definitely shop with them again.”

“I ordered a rather expensive camera bag which arrived very promptly. It was a nice well made bag but unfortunately my equipment did not fit into it very well so I returned it to fotoSense. The online ordering ptocedure was simple and quick. The return procedure was similary very efficient and I got my refund within two days. I was really impressed by the excellent service I received and I will be happy to order from this company again.”

“I had a great experience purchasing my peak designs capture pro from photoSENSE. I enquirerd after looking on Amazon asking what the expected delivery time would be as I was due to go away on holiday shortly after ordering. Your member of staff was very helpful and polite answering all my questions and even once I ordered a day or so later they answered a second phone call and double checked my orders progress and reassured me that the item would be with me on time. A day later as suggested my capture pro arrived and I have used it every day on my holiday, thank you photoSENSE, Martin.”

“Was a little wary of buying from fotosense after reading some of the reviews, however the saving being offered over other retailers, free filter and free extended warranty persuaded me to go with them. Delivery was as advertised 4 days after placing order, this may be a bit long for some people and may be strange for items listed as in stock but didn't cause me any problems, i could have paid more with another retailer and had it next day if needed. All in all a more than satisfactory experience and i would use them again if i have need to buy any more kit, would also recommend to friends and family.”

“At £134 and free shipping this is the best deal for a Skywatcher Evo 90 EQ2 which seems to be the standard for an entry level refractor. Sales staff were helpful and polite when I rang to confirm the item was in stock. It was despatched and arrived in good condition within 48 hours. This scope appears to be well made and sturdy. I wouldn’t say it is undermounted although there is some wobble when focusing which quickly settles. The set up instructions are clear and simple and there is a guide on how to align the mount with the Celestial Pole. So far, after a week and a bit I have observed Jupiter, Saturn and Mars. I have also split a couple of binary stars but I feel I have only sctatched the surface of this telescope's capabilities. Looking forward to using it for a long time before I need to upgrade to something more powerful.”

“I met and spoke to you about the new 4K Lumix at the Photography show at the NEC a few weeks ago in Birmingham. I decided to purchase one from fotoSENSE. The demonstations on the Panasonic stands were excellent and having a hands on trial convinced me in buying a camera that can be carried about in one's pocket and give me very good results. I ordered the Panasonic Lumix TZ80 online from fotoSENSE and it was delivered very quickly. The three year warranty was sent off and a confirmation receipt of this was in the post to me within days. An excellent service all round. I would most certainly recommend "fotoSENSE" to anyone purchasing one of the 4K Lumix TZ80 cameras. Gloucester. UK.”
