“I am very pleased with my purchase - a bag for my new camera, with a shoulder strap and a belt loop with a separate "pocket" for a spare battery and a memory card.. The on-line chat guided me quickly to the bag that would be suitable for my requirements, and the bag arrived promptly after my order. What more can I ask? First-class service!”

“The price on the item I wanted to purchase was the best I could find so did some checking and the vast majority of the reviews were positive for Fotosense. As they were listed on both TopCashBack and a Google Trusted Trader I thought that it would be worth making the purchase of a digital camcorder and paid via credit card for additional security. The website stated dispatch would be 3-4 days and it was good to see a phone number clearly displayed for customer service. I did call this number after 4 days to check and was advised that dispatch was scheduled for the next day. The package arrived 6 days after purchase but 5 working days so no complaints and it was well packed. I would certainly purchase from Fotosense again and the provision of a free 3 year warranty is a nice extra.”

“I ordered a Manfrotto tripod head from FotoSense, and this was shipped and delivered to me very promptly. Unfortunately it was much bigger than I had anticipated. Additionally, the length of the top plate meant that I could not use it with a number of my lenses on my DSLR. As a result, I returned the item. I was refunded quickly, with no fuss - which was very much appreciated. FotoSense is a dependable supplier and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in future.”
