“Having been looking on-line for a certain Lastolite product, I came across Fotosense and was met with a very easily navigable website, and a quick and easy ordering system, and a fast delivery service. Needing a question answered about further Lastolite products, I forwarded my query to them and it was answered the very same day ... which I thought was very impressive. I have since placed another two orders with Fotosense ... and 'bookmarked' their website to my 'Favourites'. I will be recommending them to my other photography friends. Cheers ... “The product was good value for money (cheapest I could find online), well-packaged and worked exactly as advertised. The slight delay in sending (as a result of stock issues) was immediately explained to me, with updates on eventual posting and tracking of product. Very happy all-round. “The ONA bag I ordered appeared to be in stock at time of ordering, but I was then informed that it was infact no longer in stock. I had the option to cancel my order and receive a full refund, but decided to wait. Fotosense kept me regularly updated upon the delivery time as the item had to be shipped from the USA. I received the bag yesterday and I am very happy. I would recommend FotoSense to others based upon my experience.”
