“Excellent all-round service from this seller. Despite the camera (Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ70) being very new to the marketplace, FotoSense's package price was very good - approx 15% off MRRP when extended warranty included. Delivery and warranty confirmation turn-round times very quick, also no excess packaging used - minimal but safe. I would certainly recommend FotoSense. Rod W, Cambridge.”

“Having completed a review only a few days ago after some excellent service and help over Lastolite products, I have had reason to contact FotoSense once again over some details about an order I placed online. Without going into too much detail, the whole matter was swiftly sorted (and to my advantage I might add) with assistance from the guys on the (FotoSense) Help Desk. I can't praise them enough ... that's the company and their staff !”

“Excellent service and the best price.Ordered on Sunday and rather than pay 3.95 for next day delivery,I went for free 3-5 day,the order arrived on Tues. morning.A bonus was it was a clear day followed by a clear night ,so I was able to use the telescope immediately. Ironically,a week on, there has not been another clear night! No! I'm not sending it back!! ha ha!”

“i received my order fromfotosense.Sahara.10x50 Bar&Stroud, they were packed very well and arrived on time. The binoculars look very good and do everything it says on the tin.The carry case looks well made also, all in all for the price a real bargain. Terry.”

“The Interfit lighting kit was easy to order and was delivered promptly with good meassage updates showing progress. The kit is good and easy to use. However the box stated it came with a carrying bag, but there was no bag in the box. First I emailed Fotosense, but no reply after a week. Then I phoned Fotosense and was asked to send a photo of the box, and someone would get back to me to resolve the issue that day. No reply and I am still waiting for the carrying bag.”

“I ordered a pair of Barr & Stroud binoculars online as they were shown to be in stock. I was advised of the order acceptance by e mail on the 18th February. The item was in fact not in stock and I waited nearly three weeks to receive the goods. Never advertise an item on a website as being in stock, when that is not the case”
