“While it may have only be a bag it was order Monday night and was ready to be delivered Wednesday despite it being on 5-7 free delivery. Was easy for me to pick-up from the delivery company perfect service. Can't rate cashback as I've not yet got it”

“Incredibly fast and efficient service. My order was processed for "standard delivery" on Monday and at 7 a.m on Tuesday morning the postman was hammering on the door ! The binoculars were exactly as described on Fotosense web site and having shopped around, I can confirm they were cheaper than elsewhere. I'm very well pleased.”

“I originally tried to buy a Fuji EF-42 flash from Amazon but it was lost in the post as they never sent it signed for. I then tried Fotosense, fantastic service, arrived next day first class signed for. Thank you”

“Having ordered a Canon camera from Fotosense with free postage. I did not receive any email to confirm they had received my order. When I called them they said it was because they were out of stock (although the web site had said there was stock!) As I was going away I asked when stock would be in. They called their supplier while I was on the phone and told me it would be 2 working days and then then would dispatch it on arrival. They did just that and sent it 1st class recorded delivery. So from my point of view, although I was disappointed there had been none in stock, they recovered the situation well. They also supplied a product at a very good price. I would shop there again.”

“i bought this hawke camera for night photos of wild life in my garden,so far thats all ive used it for,i dont know what daylight shots are like yet .im pleased with the results ive got up to now.the camera arrived when they said it would so i cant fault the service from fotosense.”

“This backpack is everything I wanted/needed. Namely, enough space for my Digital SLR camera, two lenses and other small accessories; and for other stuff, including water, clothing, books, and laptop. Plus at least three pockets for small things and two large narrow spaces for flat things. I have just been on an eight-week camping trip in Europe, and it was extremely useful. The only drawback I can see is that it is tempting to put too much in it, especially if I include my rather heavy laptop---and this is hard on my back. But that is a problem of my own choosing.”

“Placed order for in stock camera, on Wednesday evening, requesting free delivery option. Order was received in good order on Friday morning. Item was at a very competitive price with a free 3 year extended warranty. Need I say more! Have ordered from this excellent company before and will do so again.”

“Superb service from both Foto Sense and the courier - within 5 minutes of having placed the order the courier contacted me with details of the delivery. They then contacted me again on the day of delivery to provide full details including a specific time of delivery which they honoured. Very happy with total service and the binoculars. Many thanks.”

“Ordered over the Bank Holiday weekend, lens was despatched promptly on the Tuesday. It was sent via DPD, which allowed me to specify my preferred day. All at a great price!”
