“The item I ordered arrived very quickly and was well wrapped. Unfortunately it was too small (my error) and had to be returned. FotoSense customer service is excellent - helpful & polite. The refund was same day that the item was returned to them. Great service - thank you!”

“The binoculars are excellent but the delay in receiving them was disappointing. I appreciate there was an "in stock " problem but I was not informed of this until I contacted you. After this things moved in an acceptable manner. Parcel post Tracking was spot on! Thank You ND”
