“Ordering was straight forward and as easy as it should be. Delivery took a day or two more than I would have liked,but the package arrived when it was forecast and in good condition. I ordered a leather camera bag and I am very pleased with the result.One can never be sure of photo images. K Power,Nottingham”

“Prior to buying the Nikon Prostaff 7s binoculars id been to the RSPB at Bempton to check out their selection. The prices were well out of my range for a good pair. After checking the internet ended up at Curry's to try the Nikon Prostaff 7s. Amazing binoculars at £249 compared to the really expensive ones id tried. I nearly bought these from curry's, but so glad i didn't, I went back on the internet and found these at £179, what a bargain and what a great pair of quality binoculars, Thank you.”

“I'm only able to rate fotoSENSE as 'very good'. They're not very good - they're excellent! They had the top price on the internet for the product I wanted (with a much quicker delivery window than others) and I also received a two year warranty extension for free. After I'd ordered, I discovered I had to go abroad at short notice. I called them (UK landline - always a good sign!) to explain I'd be away and to offer to pay for speedy despatch. fotoSENSE were superb - sending my camera by 24 hour courier so it arrived before I went away! There was a delay with the kit lens, which they explained, but they delayed delivery so that it would arrive immediately on my return. The staff were brilliant and responsive, nothing was too much effort for them. I also received timely emails so I knew what was happening every step of the way. Never mind the price being the most competitive, the fact that fotoSENSE are UK based, there to talk to and really happy to help means their customer service is first rate. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will certainly use fotoSENSE again in the future. Job well done, thank you.”

“Used Fotosense before, but this time communication was slightly poor, ordered two filters which I paid for both. One arrived but the other one did not, took a phone call after having know luck on the Live chat to find out where my other filter was. A simple email would have done to say it had been delayed. I would have given Very Good if the communication had been as good as last times so I rated good as this is the first time I have had communication problems. Will use Fotosense again in the future and hope the communication problems get sorted. As for the rest of the service provided I find there prices and dispatch are good.”
