“I extremely impressed with the service I received. I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and received it on Wednesday. The website said the item would be dispatched within 1 to 3 days so I was extremely impressed. I received an email from Fotosense saying that my item had been despatched and it included full tracking details. The courier they used (DPD) was fab as they sent me a text and email saying it would arrive within a certain hour, which it did. The order was fragile but it was packed with plenty of airbags and spare boxes so it wouldn't get damaged in transit. The price I paid was a lot cheaper than other retailers so i was pleased to get a bargain. Overall i was extremely impressed with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fotosense.”

“I had to wait far too long for my product to arrive. Phoned up to ask where it was and was told I would be phoned back and of course I wasn't. It would be nice just to be told if you haven't got a product in Stock and how long it may take to get it.”

“Great service! Ordered the ONA Union Street Messenger Bag in Ranger Tan and had an email a couple hours later saying it was dispatched. The next morning it was delivered to my door - just under 24 hours from when I placed the order! The website was easy to use and informative - when the bag arrived I wasn't struck with that sinking feeling you sometimes get when you order a product online and it turns up and it's not as you expected. Just a great service overall - really can't fault it.”

“When I ordered this item from fotosense I went with the photo in the advert as there was no other information within the advert. What was delivered was not what was advertised but when I phoned to complain I was told that this is what they were selling as this item and that the manufacturer could change the item without for warning. This is unacceptable.”

Dear Robert, As stated on the phone we have offered you a full refund and a refund of your return postage. The problem we have is that the manufacturer has changed the box contents of the product. This change has now been reflected on our site thasnk to you highlighting this. However the status of the product will remian the same in that Fuji are only supplying your cleaning kit with the cloth, storage container for the cloth and the cleaning fluid. They are no longer supplying the travel container which is shown as a graphic on the box. Fuji's get out clause is that on the back of the box they state "Contents of kit are subject to change without prior notice. E&OE". Again we are sorry for any issues caused with this transaction. “The MecaBlitz 76-MZ5 arrived next day, and seems fine, but I haven't used it for real yet since I didn't have the new series of SCA3002 control adaptors. Thank you. I haven't received the VAT invoice yet, and of course am still waiting for all the other bits ordered apart from the 'simple' battery. The unit has a few improvements on my old 60-CT-4, but is still lacking in certain basic requirements; finding out how to fit the internal battery being the most frustrating one; there's no markings on the unit or the battery, but although the operating instructions attempt to explain it, those clearly weren't writen by English speakers! The instructions for the unit are better than their previous efforts, but are still naievly written and would benefit considerably by haveing in-line pictures with each relevant piece of script, and using a better type-face. Having the instructions written in six different languages bound together in one booklet may be 'convenient' for the manufacturers, but is a pain in the posterior for users, as the bulk of the tripe can't be thrown away; I can actually read all six languages, but really English would have done for almost all users Worldwide! - except perhaps some Eastern Europeans & Orientals, but coverage for those wasn't attempted anyway. There's also no way of indicating whether the battery is fresh or spent, as existed with the 45-CT-5. The worst part is the power unit; the cretins have made it with an adaptor - supposedly to 'fit' the British 64-amp system - but have made no provision for fitting the one-amp fuse that the system demands for use with that device, so leave things open to the risk of fire when connected to a standard British mains supply that serves 16/32/40/48/64 amps! It would appear that all manufacturers are morons in that respect, and seem to presume that our systems serve merely 10-amps or less as do most of the rubbish in continental systems. Other uninformed manufacturers manage to include provision for the fuse, but defeat the object by fitting the almost useless 13-amp version! I shall have to purchase a 'WonPro' WA-7F 'travel' adaptor to use with the power-unit, so as to be able to protect against fire by applying a one-amp fuse with that device; yet another 'knobbly bit' to cart around, Metz are not alone in their lack of understanding of 'ring' mains circuitry and other very heavy current circuitry; probably stems from their use of the 'Schuko' trash in Deutschland. Their '13-amp' adaptor could so easily have included a position to carry the correct fuse. Some of the markings on the flash gun seem a bit cryptic; the display from the control unit needs to appear twice - once for viewing when looking down (as fitted), but there should also be a version at eye-level for use when using a 35-mm camera; the days of using a camera with a horizonttally-oriented screen are almost past! I haven't yet attempted to work with whatever the display shews, as I as yet have no SCA3002 adaptors.”

“I purchased this Velbon HC-2528 Hide Clamp from fotosense as they had it advertised at the best price. Order placing was straightforward and there was good communication regarding the order progress, and I received the item within a week. The item itself looks well constructed and holds my Olivon centre column securely. Not been out in the field with it yet though.”
