“I ordered two filters. One arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The other had gone out of stock and hence was not dispatched. Fotosense were very helpful when I rang to query the situation and I easily cancelled my order for the missing filter when I realised it would not arrived quickly enough for my needs.”

“I was wanting a Sony A6000 with the twin lens kit. Avoiding delivery from outside the UK and refurbished items I found Fotosense to have the best price. A quick phone confirmed that as the web site stated the camera was in stock. I placed an order at 13.30 and the camera was ready to pick up from a local delivery site in Aberdeen by the following evening. The camera and lens kit work perfectly. I am very pleased with the purchase and impressed with the speed of the delivery.”

“Received a poorly packed package with missing content. Customer service tells me over and over again they are taking care of but nothing happens. Now about 2 months after my order I paid 280 GBP for nothing. I cannot recommend and I would not buy again at this shop.”
