“Ordered this for my ten years old daughter. Last camera broken. Was a nikon limited edition in purple with flower engraving. Thought would go for better model. Agreed on this one in bright blue and engraved on front. Took some deciding on. Daughter very excited. Found it 5 pound cheaper on fotosense and they seemed to have good reviews. Received email on 15/9/15 saying camera being dispatched 17/09/15 with 1-3 day delivery. 6 days later I phoned to chase and got answer phone. Left message. No response. Next day sent a stern email. Got a phone call apologising. They admitted it wasn't it stock and would I like something else. No. It was what my daughter wanted. Expressed my annoyance at blatant lie over dispatch. Holly Apologised. Offer a mini tripod and 8gb free card to say sorry. Camera finally arrived 2 days later. 3 weeks after ordering. Camera is more than adequate for 10 yr old. Very pleased. Great zoom, video. Good pictures for a camera of this price and size. Daughter happy in the end, but the camera did take some getting and you shouldn't be lied to about dispatch and mislead. Nor should it be necessary to shout to get what you've ordered and paid for.”

“Looking for the Nikon Coolpix P900. Heard it was a very tough camera to get hold of, so as I was wanting it for November I pre-ordered it 3 weeks ago from Fotosense. I received an e-mail stating that the camera would be shipped on the 9th of October. My thoughts were 'great' getting it earlier than I thought. The camera came last Friday 25th of September. A bit of advice to all the people on Fb and Twitter stating that there is not a P900 to be had in the UK...order from Fotosense in Bolton, I received mine in 2 weeks.”

“The camera battery could not be delivered at the time originally promised and took about a month longer. However I was twice given the option to cancel, postage was refunded, and I was kept informed as to the status of my order so I feel that Fotosense did their best to get the battery to me and that the long delay was probably due to circumstances beyond their control.”

“I ordered a top Quality B&H Uv Filter. It was at the best price I saw on the day. They immediately confirmed my order by email and then a little later informed me it was out of stock, giving me the chance to cancel. They also gave an estimated delivery date. It arrived securely earlier than promised. So I am well pleased both the product and the service. I shall certainly use Fotosense again should the need arise”

“I had not understood properly how the delivery date system worked and so ordered almost too late to receive camera batteries before I went away. My (panic) e-mail was promptly answered. The order arrived very late on the day before I left the country. I was impressed at the way fotosense responded and the kind wording in the e-mail. I shall certainly use them again. BA.”

“This camera (Nikon S33) was purchased for my youngest grand daughter who loves it already. It is simple to use and produces good quality pictures. Photosense were quick to dispatch the camera and their carrier was efficient with the camera arriving exactly when it was expected.”

“The service was as expected: fast and efficient. I bought the wide-angle converter for my Panasonic 14mm mFT lens, and am - in the end - very pleased with it. For anyone who wants to know, I found it almost impossible to assemble the adapter and converter bayonet assembly, and finally took it to a Panasonic store where a man with stronger fingers than I have managed it. Panasonic recommend that taking the converter off the lens (and putting it back on again) should be done via the bayonet fitting, but I will not be doing that. The other side of the adapter is a screw thread which fits the lens and goes on very easily: that's how I shall be using it.”
