“I ordered my new lens that I found on Fotosense which had a great deal on it. The process of ordering was simple, it was dispatched the same day and arrived 2 days later. The lens seems to be great. I completed the included warranty card and posted it back. Simple. Great service and I will definitely use again”

“Although I received the goods quickly it was not as quick as it could have been. Confirmation of order was received at 20:58 on 30/09/15. I feel I should have received it by 3/10/15 according to fotoSense website but did not receive it until after 5/10/15.”

“fotoSENSE were not the cheapest online seller of the camera I wanted but having used them before & also having bought in person from their shop in the past I knew they were a reliable established retailer who I could go back to in case of queries or problems. Peace of mind is worth a premium & I knew I would not be getting a grey import in a dodgy box. The ordering process is quick & simple; their site is very easy to use. I was emailed to confirm the order, & then to confirm despatch & the goods arrived on time 2 days later. Well packaged & using a reliable service from Royal Mail, not a courier who dumps stuff on the doorstep. Excellent service all round & I will not hesitate to recommend or use again.”

“i had previously purchased a LOWPRO backpack. i was very happy with the product. i decided to purchase a LOWPRO bag for my camera. obviously its early days but on first impression the bag looks good & very functional. Fhotosense provided the product @ a very good price combined with prompt delivery.”
