“I ordered a camera from them on a Tuesday by phone was told should be in next Monday and they would phone me.They did not phone so I phoned them Monday afternoon was told should be in Thursday they would phone me.I phoned them still not in told them to forget it.a week later i saw it on there site £1.50 cheaper + extra 1 year warranty ordered on Thursday arrived on Friday EXCELLENT..So if they improved there communication with customer they would be alright..Steve”

“Although I did have a small issue with being told different things regarding item being in stock and the delivery, I know due to a friend owning a camera shop and stopping trade with Panasonic due to delivery issues so don't hold it against fotosense. The few calls I made were met with a pleasant lady who was very helpful. Thanks guys”

“Ordered a Nikon L620 compact camera from Fotosense. Chose the free (slowest) delivery option. Shortly after ordering I received an email giving the date my camera would be despatched. It was indeed despatched on that date. I received the camera a week after ordering it. I am delighted with the camera. Fotosense were the cheapest company I could find on-line for this particular camera. I had never used Fotosense before, but I would certainly use them again.”
