“Tried to order on line but their payment facility wouldn't connect. Tried again later in day same thing. Had to email to make sure I hadn't been charged. Not a quick response but they did in the end. Ordered OK 3rd time and arrived very quickly”

“I have recently bought 2 items from you 1rst a fuji HS50EXR I am delighted with this new camera , the price compared to other sites was brilliant on one of the better known sites the price was about double ( it has come down now but still not as good) the nearest to your price was a refurbished one. Also got this item free postage and packing Service was also brilliant did it all over the phone spoke to a helpful gentleman , camera has 2 year warranty parts and labour, delivery was quick 2nd item was a case to fit the camera, I got a Hama Astana 130 Colt Zoomster Bag again all over the phone, good fit, didn't shop around for this item so can't compare prices .Paid postage on this. All round I can only say a brilliant company to do deal with. :)”

“I have just purchased a set of Cokin filters and an adaptor ring for my camera. The website was very easy to navigate and ordering was simple. Communication from Fotosense was very good and my order was dispatched promptly. I did have one order query (I had made a mistake with one item) which was sorted out very quickly and did not hold up the dispatch of my order. I am very pleased with the service from Fotosense and I have no problem in recommending them to others - I will definitely be ordering from them again!”

“The Nikon Camera is fantastic and takes excellent images and videos. The bag I purchsed with it, is a bit tight but cannot fault anything. I would definatly purchase through fotosense again and the service was very quick. Thank you, hope to deal with you again.”
