“I ordered my camera, noting that it was on back-order, expecting to wait a little longer than the stated 7 days for delivery. I received numerous email updates, keeping me in the loop with regards delivery progress. It arrived less than 48 hours later, packaged well and as I ordered. Perfect service! The camera was also ~£40 cheaper here than any other retailer I had looked at. I will certainly buy from here in the future.”

“I put the wrong card details when making my payment (through Play.com) and the order had been processed but not completely - the team at Fotosense were very helpful throughout the buying process and delivery was fast despite my error. Would go straight back to them for any photography goods.”

“took me along time to get through was told person was busy and would get them to phone me back, after 3 hours I phoned again was told in a meeting and would phone me in about 20 minutes 3 hours later I phoned back and spoke to someone who was able to help me and make my purchase”

“I ordered a Lowapro Fastpack 350 from fotosense because it was attractively priced when shipping costs were included. Once despatched by fotosense, their carrier - DPD in this case - delivered promptly according to the delivery window. I am satisfied with the product but the service from fotosense is not wonderful. I cannot award more than a "normal" rating to fotosense because the time from placing the order (7th June) to receiving the goods (16th June) is not really acceptable. Fotosense advised me on the 9th June the goods they were selling would be leaving their warehouse on 13th June. Unless they do not hold stock, this is an unacceptable delay and, if they do not hold stock, they should have had the courtesy to explain that at the time of ordering.”

“Purchased a pair of Barr and Stroud Sierra binoculars, absolutely stunning performance. Posted almost immediately and by Royal Mail which are always better for signed for items as they are left locally on those occasions that you are not in. Some of the other couriers depots can be 40 miles away! Very pleased and well priced.”

“The "intelligent flash" on my otherwise excellent Fuji HS20 camera has always been troublesome; the output is has very poor control for fill in flash; it cannot be set low enough. I need power ratio control and the only TTL device available for the HS20 with this option seemed to be the Fujifilm EF-42. Research on the net showed Fotosense offering this item at a good price, and next day delivery for a small extra charge. Fotosense delivered as promised; good price; quick delivery; no hidden charges. The EF-42 does everything I hoped it would. In all, excellent customer service!”
