the item I ordered was out of stock, so it didn't arrive when you said it would. I sent an email via your website to query non-delivery, and got a courteous response, letting me know of the situation. The binoculars eventually arrived, and I received an email from your despatch dept letting me know.

A good price compared to most other on-line dealers with FREE delivery via Royal Mail received within 5 days. Well packed with little chance of damage. Easy to order.

Although my colour was not in stock after I had ordered. I had to ring up and ask where my order was, I was dealt with in a professional manner and was given a choice of different colours to choose from because I wanted my camera earlier than the arrival time of new stock. They also packaged it and sent it out via next day delivery free of charge to ensure that it arrived on time. They were very friendly and helpful and I love my camera!

Fotosense prices are very competitive. However their customer service as far as communication is concerned is very poor. I ordered a camera with a 5 day lead time and did get a confirmation email, but that was it. After 4 business days I called to try and ascertain when my camera would be delivered and they said it would go out on the 5th day. I asked for a courier name and tracking number and was told it would by Royal Mail 48hr, and i would receive an email with the tracking number by 6pm. No email, no tracking number and turns out the delivery was 24 hr. Yes I did get it a day earlier and yes the product is good with a 3 yr warranty. These days sending an update email is easy and a customer service must. Would I order from Fotosense again : maybe as their prices are competitive. Would I recommend them : No. How can they improve : send out more emails, all good companies do.

Ordered a Manfrotto tripod with one week to go before going on holiday. 3 days in and not having received a dispatched email i tried ringing twice but got no answer. Whilst looking on the website a chat box appeared so i asked about my order. At the same time i received an email from DPD and it arrived the next day. Happy with my product - well packaged and DPD had excellent tracking. I was worried about no phone service.

Came very quickly. We used the film in New York. Process time takes a little while and is almost blurred.

Received goods in an opened blister pack, with a crucial component missing. Have requested returns details and a replacement item, still waiting 4 days later. The main phone number didn't work either initially but managed an online chat with customer support, who were helpful but obviously haven't been able to affect a solution.

Very quick delivery and the most competitive price I could find by a significant margin. Sometimes I buy from the Far East because things can be cheaper. But my reservation is always if something goes wrong. So I prefer to buy from the UK with the safety net of the distant selling regs (now incorporated into the CRA). On this occasion Fotosense offered the best of both worlds. It's the first time I've brought from them and I must admit some of their Net feedback/reviews made me a little nervous. But I also spotted that a lot of that was a couple of years ago and I've seen this pattern before with companies offering budget prices. Things get better over time.
