“Excellent service. Well nearly, they missed that days courier and it was sent out next day delivery as requested. To be fair I'm not complaining, item was £100 cheaper than High St supplier... They did call and apologies for the delay. As already said excellent service and communication. THANKYOU.”

“Purchased the Barr and Stroud 8 x 32 Sierra Binoculars for my wife. Excellent quality for relatively little money (The binoculars that is!) Already have a pair of 8 x 42 Sierra's. Ideal for Bird Watching.”

“Very good. Ordered a cable and a filter for my GoPro camera at a competive price. Was kept informed and recieved my items quickly. Overall am pleased, however on returning to purchase a dual charger, I found this item to be hugely overpriced at £52.50 (GoPro sell these direct at £39.99 as do other retailers). Thinking this must be a mistake I queried this by email but did not receive a satisfactory answer only that they will price match. Why should you shop somewhere on-line that just price matches when you can just nip to a local store and pick one up for the same price?. Would have been prepared to buy other items from fotosense but sadly not now”

“Excellent service ordered camera one day arrived next, was at the time the cheapest price on the internet with free delivery. Have used the camera several times in the past week of ownership, to take stills and movies and the quality is outstanding from my old Panasonic FZ18 with 4 major improvements being able to use the powerful zoom lense whilst filming, controlling the camera via a mobil phone using Wifi, 4k quaility filming and phots and finally larger flip out and over screen. Just to let you know I average 3000 - 4000 photos and 40 hours of filming a year Great camera would highly recommend”

“Purchase and delivery were both good . The definitely genuine brand new product did not have a seal on the box or inner packing and had a 25% charge . I queried it and am happy that all is fine and the battery due to it's potentially dangerous nature and that it was sent through the post ( " hazard " ) was tested beforehand , the same used to be done when purchasing a lightbulb from a specialist lighting shop on the high street to check it worked ok . Price was lower than main competitors . A nice lady explained all to me and I am very satisfied with fotoSENSE's integrity . I would buy from them again , recommended .”
