“I'm not sure if this is a review as such, but after assuring me the battery I was after would be a genuine Nikon one, I ordered it and it arrived very promptly, in good packaging, and was indeed the 'real thing', it has successfully charged up via my computer, and I now await the chance to use it on the camera. So I am a very satisfied customer, thank you Fotosense. Colin Dadswell”

“I can`t fault fotoSense. It was all straighforward, from placing my order for a Panasonic camcorder to delivery of same a few days later to the Irish Republic. Also, my camcorder cost less with this company than anywhere else online, so all told I`ve had a very positive experience and wouldn`t hesitate to recommend them”

“It was a struggle to contact customer services. The phone would often ring or be engaged and my email contact was never answered. However, when I did get through the lady was very helpful.”
