“The binoculars are just the job but little things are annoying such as 1. The small lens caps, one of the loops on the caps is broken so you can only secure from one side only.2. The double zip pulls on the case is missing one tag. Just silly things but sloppy work on whoever inspected them. Thanks.”

“Searched for ages for a part for a tripod that I had lost, Found Fotosense online and placed the order, bonus that it was cheaper than the other camera store and P&P was free! Product arrived within four days. Was kept informed through the process from placing the order to being notified it had been sent. Will certainly check with them again if I need camera supplies in the future.”
