Fabric very thin colour very poorly over fabric

I was happy with the product as it met my expectations and was as described on the website, however, there were problems with the 'delivery' by ParcelForce. I say 'delivery', but in fact the product was never delivered. Although ParcelForce came to the door on two consecutive days, they made no attempt to ring the doorbell on either occasion. As the package was far too big to put through the letter box, they just left a card. On the third day, I had to cross town (1.5-hour round trip) to collect it from the ParcelForce depot. I have since received an apology from ParcelForce, but I would recommend that Fovitec choose a more reliable service for delivery of items that will not fit through a standard letter box.

Fovitec customer services deserve 5 stars but Parcelforce let them down big time.

I gave it 3 stars because the company said I could track my order but couldn't. There wasn't any update on when I would receive the parcel to make me plan when to wait at home. No text or email update. The item was smaller than expected. Overall My experience is Fair as regards to price and delivery.

Hi Rakiya, Thanks for your review, I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience, I can see from the back end of our system that your order emails were sent out, As for the text messages this is up to the carriers to send out so can only apologies that they did not. As for the product being smaller than expected, we do list the max size of the product on our webpage and state they are tabletop lamps. The product was good but much smaller than I thought it would be so my DSLR camera doesn't stay still when it's on the clamp I bought, however the product makes it easy to pan with the camera.

The lights I bought were great. The delivery was next day. The customer service by email is poor. I need a VAT invoice for my purchase so I sent an email as I do for many other companies. Unfortunately over 1 week later I’ve had no response or reply. I haven’t had time to call by phone yet but that will have to be my next move

Hi Alan Field, I am are sorry to hear that you had some trouble getting a VAT invoice, I have had our team look into it but there is no record of you sending an email. If you can send your request to help@fovitec.co.uk and also forward on the previous email you sent or the page you submitted your request if on our site we will be able to investigate the matter further to make sure thing doesn't happen in the future and also get a VAT invoice over to you as soon as possible. Switch not working after 3 times use!! You should sort that out soon. Now i have to learn how to fix the switch. Other than that i like them. Regards Armin (FUNatTECH YouTube/Instagram)
