Very poor delivery experience. Item not delivered and no assistance from Foxford despite emails. Item eventually recovered after one week - too late for intended gift. Worst quality duvet cover ever. Replaced item with dunnes version. Warmer thicker and better quality. Now to rerun this poor quality badly delivered item

I ordered my furniture in the 1st week of November. It is now the 22nd of December and no sign of it. Absolutely no communication from Foxford. I’m really appalled at the way they do business.

Very poor quality and very poor manufacturing. I have already sent a complaint note with pictures and I still have no reply. Terrible customer service, quality for price but amazing marketing! Disappointed this is an Irish brand doing with such bad customer service.

Message saying give your email address to get 10% off first order but no details on how to actually get the 10% off. Very poor and frustrating experience.

I ordered a blanket from Foxford with a gift box option but unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing. The gift box arrived torn which completely took away from the special presentation I had planned. Although I was refunded for the box, not having it to present the gift properly was very disappointing. Additionally, the name stitched on the blanket was not finished neatly. The envelope for the gift card I purchased also arrived crumpled, which made everything look careless. Overall, I expected much better quality and attention to detail from Foxford especially for a gift purchase. Will not be shopping with Foxford again

An post lists as delivered, however I can't find it. I've reached out several times to Foxford customer service and have received no reply except for this request for a review.

Item ordered never received, sent item in error, was asked to send wrong item back, arranging postage and paying shipping costs etc up front myself - still no sign of item originally ordered nearly two weeks from date of order.

Between your shop in Westport and online, we purchased 3 quilt sets, 3 fitted sheets and 3 pairs of additional pillow cases. We also purchased 2 bath sheet towels and 2 hand towels. Everything was fine until one of the hand towels had its second wash, where it started to come undone on one of the seams. So far, you have not responded to a "Contact Us" message. I tried ringing, the message part was clear, but when the call was answered in the shop, the call became garbled (2 different phones tried, same result). Just how do you make contact with you to resolve issues? Revision as requested: It was actually 4 bath sheets we purchased. We were offered a replacement towel.... in a different colour... you couldn't make it up.

Order two foxford trim square pillow case one both marked from the black ribbon on arrival. Also the quality of the cotton, they don’t give a thread count and you can tell why when you feel the bedding. Such a shame as cushions and throws are top notch
