“The product was sent in the wrong colour. The issue was addressed very quickly and Customer service picked up the item within three days. The correct item was delivered just under three weeks later. The bench is beautiful with a gorgeous texture and goes brilliant in my hall, however it is very slippy on tiles as it's a plastic style base so I will have to get a grip from a local shop to avoid any accidents.”
