Nu recomand. Mi-a iritat scalpul, iar părul a ajuns să mi se îngrașe foarte repede. Lipsit de volum și de strălucire. Am cumpărat set cu șampon, balsam, spray și vitaminele atât de bine mediatizate, însă rezultatul (lipsa rezultatelor) chiar m-a dezamăgit. Mi-am asumat că plătesc mai mult, dar speram să merite, însă nu merită, din păcate.

The actual product is good but the customer service is shocking, hence the reason for one star. I’ve had to chase a number of times to get my delivery issue resolved. When I did finally get a response no explanation was offered as to what happened and why there was only one item out of the 8 that I had ordered in the box. I can’t believe you don’t have a phone number and everything must be done via email which you are very slow to respond to. I would think twice before ordering directly from you again.

Disappointed that I did not receive the buy one get one free offer that was advertised on the website. It clearly advertises the offer as automatically being applied at the checkout, however I feel misled that this offer was just a gimmick to purchase the product only. I haven’t tried the product yet, so cannot review its results.

Nejde o hodnocení produktu , ale o neustálé obtěžování nevyžádanou poštou. Již několikrát jsem se odhlašoval z novinek a dokonce psal email a stále mi chodí nevyžádaná reklama

Es la primera vez que compro aquí y de los dos productos que pedí, solo me llegó uno. Escribí un email comentando este incidente y además mandé una foto del paquete con solo un artículo hace unas semanas y me dijeron que me dirían algo pero aún no se nada. He vuelto a mandar otro email y tampoco me han vuelto a contestar…. Decepcionada con el trato y la poca comunicación…

Bohužel velké zklamání, šampon ani kondicionér mi vůbec nesedí, vlasy jsou suché, nejdou rozčesat ani hezky vyfoukat, hned se začnou krepatit.

Aktualne hodnotim pouze eshop a zpusob doruceni, zasilka byla minuly tyden zaslana na chybnou adresu, stale na ni cekam, kontaktovani emailem nebo pres messenger neni tak pruzne, jak bych uvitala, trvalo nekolik dnu, nez se mi nekdo pri reklamaci adresy ozval zpet a na zbozi stale cekam

Skvělý produkt, příšerný zákaznický servis! Tablety jsou super, ale to je asi tak jediné pozitivum. Objednávala jsem v době, kdy běžela akce 1+1 zdarma – produkty zdarma jsem měla jasně v košíku, ale dorazila mi jen polovina. Když jsem se ozvala, reakce byla tragická. Nejprve akci změnili, pak výmluvy, pak ticho. Mrzí mě to, protože bych je ráda objednávala dál, ale s takovým přístupem k zákazníkům? Tohle už fakt ne.
