Ordering in SA is difficult, the service is terribly slow on support, feedback, returns and queries. They do not provide a contact number either unless the courier needs a delivery, which concerning their rate of response is shocking and problematic.
The responses are half-assed and do not answer all your questions, it's lazy.
Considering also how disproportionately small the UK sizing is to other SA brands UK sizing the customer should not be expected to pay for the exchange of the parcel for an already expensive product.”

On my most recent order I also found that two tanga pants of different patterns but the same size ordered are dramatically different measurements. For something so expensive I would expect to be able to either return underwear (unworn) or for them to arrive in standard sizing and not vary dramatically.”
