“Besides prints there’s nothing special about it. In fact I was very disappointed. I have ordered a few pairs of things in size M and they all are different sizes. Picture attached. The band seems to be too small for the rest of the fabric what makes it look bad and it’s kind of digging. On the other hand one of them still size M but they are too loose. All of them just go up when moving giving uncomfortable camel toe.”

“I’m not very happy with the sizing of this company, when my items arrived they ran extremely small, (size large more like a small). This is mentioned in the FAQs but should be more visible for customers before purchasing or they should just change the size measurements. I used the right fit guarantee for one pair of underwear, they sent me a voucher for the price I paid (£6) but by the time this came through, the prices had risen back to £15 as I’d purchased these in the Black Friday sale. I feel that it would’ve been better to have emailed a preferred size and been sent that rather than recieving a voucher I can’t use. I just feel that this is a ploy to gain more money, I’m sure other people have experienced similar. I also returned the rest of my order over a week ago for a size exchange, but have not heard anything back, and by now the prices of everything I originally ordered will have gone back up, meaning that I will not be able to purchase the same quantity as it is too expensive. Not to mention there are no paid returns, so I had to pay for this myself too. Not satisfied with this company, I will use the e-vouchers for exchange when I EVENTUALLY get them, seeing as I’d lose money if not, but I certainly won’t be buying from this company again and would not recommend them to anybody.”
“Seem good quality but sizing is out. I am size S and ordered S but they were way too small. Customer service stated I would have to pay to return to get a refund. I cited their policy which states I get to keep the wrong item and they will send the correct size. They agreed but gave me a voucher for the item but not delivery. I had to complain again to get the cost of delivery covered. All now resolved and I await delivery but why all the frustration and arguing when they have a clear policy?”

“Received my order promptly. Sadly the same size underwear, measures differently, Infact some are 6” difference around the band. I was very disappointed as I purchased the items relating to the size chart.
