“I really wanted to love my Franklees purchases, but unfortunately I just don't. Yes, the prints are fab but after wearing the triangular bralette all day I can say it doesn't fit very well (my boobs keep falling out and I am only a B cup), and the chest strap seem is scratchy in the middle. Perhaps I should have tried another style instead. The thongs are comfortable but definitely on the small side (I'm at size 10-12 and the medium is snug). Can't fault the customer service though as I was sent an incorrect item in my order, which was quickly replaced. In all, fine but glad I got them in the sale and don't think I'll be rushing to order more.”

“I think the range of patterns are fantastic. But that's about it. The size guide was completely wrong, I would suggest to everyone buying the size up.
I largely decided to purchase the briefs as it's hard to get funky patterns in briefs. The fit although smaller than suggested, I could tell they had a good shape and fit but the sewed edges around the not at the waistband were quite irritable to the body. It needed some form of overlay fabric or different sewing style
Overall, I could not give them higher than 3* because I doubt I'll be able to wear them after initial use. Unable to return as I wore them all just to check that I didn't have one bad pair but the rest were also sized incorrectly.”
“Products are good however when I ordered , only half the order arrived with no comment as to why. When I contacted the company they informed me the other items were out of stock … but nothing what mentioned and I was still charged. They offered to replace the whole order for a new set or just the individual item. Nothing else seemed to be in stock for a full re order so I picked a single item. I really do appreciate it’s getting the rest of the order ( all be it not what I originally ordered) sent to me. But I honestly believe if I hadn’t contacted the company, I wouldn’t have received anything and still have been charged for a full set.”
“I was disappointed upon receiving the products. The fit was smaller than I was expecting and the material really thin and of a lower quality than I was expecting. The designs are really fun however.”
“Decent quality for price point, material seems thin but wearability will only be obvious when used as i have not used the items yet but seem ok. Bra sizing seems small to be honest which leads to the Sizing, especially for women's bras and pants, big confusion ordering two differnt sizes because thier old and new products varied so much. Ended up ordering the wrong thing. Perhaps frankles should just adjust one or the other to fall in line with one of the old or new Sizing.... returns are offered at a credit in store but thier returns policy states refund so take care to ask for that. I like to deal with a company with clarity so something franklees should consider.”

These came and were like extra small, they were like childrens sizes. Gave to charity. If you order, order up a size or two.”
“I really love the prints on Franklees, but the material isn't particularly soft for underwear. If you're looking for cool prints and not too fussed about your pants being soft, then you'll be ok with them! Shipping was good though and items well packaged.”
