Thank you for your review Jon. You purchased size Large Adult palm Guards. We are sorry you had issues with the product. As explained at the time of purchase 16 Sept 2016, If the damage was due to a manufacturers fault then we would replace or refund immediately. You contacted us a few months after purchase stating the item had broke. In this instance we feel that inappropriate use was the cause. Please see all of our positive feedback on Amazon/ Ebay regarding this product. We have no problems with the product.

Hi Jon, We are sorry that your item is defective. we have 2 return policies. 1. 14 days to cancel the sale. The item must be returned in the original packaging unused ready for resale. 2. 28 days manufacturers fault. Please contact us stating the reason for fault. A brief description and images in an email will aid our investigation into your issue. If the fault is with the manufacturers we will gladly replace or refund immediately. Please contact our customer care team to discuss further.

Hi Julie, thank you for your reveiw. Due to the high demand for our belts we have limited stock at present. Our manufacturer has given us a provisional timescale that more belts will be available in two weeks. We have asked all of our customers to either place a back order or check the website regular. if you would like to place an order please contact customercare@freedomstrength.co.uk.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with our service. Your purchase was a large order of Jordan Fitness Products some of which were out of stock. We agreed that when the items had been restocked we would ship the order immediately which we did. We did offer the option of receiving part order on the initial purchase and the remainder would be sent when they became available, this was declined by yourselves.

Hi Jamie, We are sorry that you feel the item was not suitable for you. The Palm guards are designed to prevent calluses and improve grip during weightlifting/ crossfit and gymnastic movements. If you would like advice and info on the type of guards you may need then please contact our sales team who are more than willing to help out.

Hi Emanuele, We are sorry that you have had a issue with our neoprene knee sleeve. We offer two returns policies 1. 14 days cancellation of sale returns policy (Items unused and still in the original packaging) 2. 28 Days manufacturers fault. The items need to be returned so we can investigate the issue prior to making a refund On this occasion you were requesting the return postage prior to returning. If found to be a manufacturers fault we would refund you in full plus reimburse you for the shipping.
