“I ordered a vacuum cleaner on the Monday and I expected out to arrive Wednesday. It didn't come and I needed to go away. We contacted you and were advised that it was expected into your dept on Thursday... this would have meant a delivery of Friday at best. I couldn't wait around so we cancelled the order. The sales person on the phone was very helpful. I did reorder and had the cleaner sent to a different address where it arrived the next day. This was great. But my critism would be that I was not advised the totem was poor of stock so would not be delivered for 4 days... this was information was would have made all the difference to me, and wouldn't have put me off buying from you. Otherwise, all good.”

“My only gripe was I had to collect from a shop my daughter did the order for me and asked for it to be delivered to my house. I purchase a actifry which is for my daughters xmas present found Freenet to be the cheapest + free delivery”
