“Great price and good service. Just wish there wasn't postcode discrimination for living in the Highlands of Scotland which is UK mainland. But then again what else do you expect when the courier service is DPD.”

“Recently bought a tower digital breadmaker at a very good price with quick delivery. However, on arrival the box was damaged and on closer inspection the breadmaker itself was damaged. Contacted freeNET and a replacement which was quickly dispatched. Not sure at what stage the parcel got damaged, but very impresssed with how freeNet dealt with the issue. Also, very pleased with breadmaker.”

“Items arrived safely and timely. Well packaged. Both items worked without fault and have proved to be worthwhile purchases. Pricing was competitive. 4 Stars only, as the website's terms and conditions were found to be poor for consumer rights and in contradiction to normal, legal UK conditions, with regard to retailer's responsibilities to their customers and warranties.”

“unfortunately, suppliers let freeNET Electrical down and the item I ordered didn't arrive because freeNET didn't get the stock. Customer services were very good though and kept me updated on the situation. They will let me know when they get stock and I plan to re-order then.”
