The ordering process was straightforward and their correspondence was efficient. The item arrived very quickly and within the hour time slot from the courier, which had been emailed to me. “The Miele Vacuum Cleaner was ordered on 30th January 2019 @ 10.30am & delivered on 31st January @ 10.20, you cannot get better service than that. I have also used their shop in Loughborough to order a TV and Blue Ray recorder and received excellent service on price and installation.”
