“A delightful chap from Freenet Electrical Melton Mowbray a Mr Peter Neal and he was brilliant - saved my sanity as I was having a complete manic moment over how to use my new Bissell Petpro carpet cleaner hoover. Peter went through how use the hoover correctly and how to take the sections apart for cleaning. A complex and defeating machine with hopeless instructions but once you have got the hang of how to use it - brilliant. I chose to purchase my Bissell from Freenet Electrical from my Which approved selections because they were the ONLY firm who used paypall to do the financiall transaction through. A safe and reliable go between when spending quite a lot of money for a new electrical device. Say again Peter Neal was brilliant and he came out to our home so quickly, gave me the confidence to use this now wonderful machine, thank you Freenet Ellectrical so much. !!”

“Good feedback on delivery dates dyson hoover is very good slight delay in dispatch of hoover due to restocking but as soon as dyson was in stock we received next day credit to freenet they called to explain expected delay in dispatch and the hoover works very well plenty powerful enough and light so makes hoovering much less effort than before”

“I was a little sceptical about FreeNET as I hadn’t used them before. I was looking for a steam cleaner and they were the only company that had the one i wanted in stock. Their price was better than anyone else and they offered free delivery. Being a bit sceptical I checked their reviews on TrustPilot etc. They came out well so decided to give them a try. The buying process was simple and the product arrived the next day so overall very happy with this purchase!”
