“From on line order to delivery was only 3 days; excellent. Unfortunately the item was faulty; called freeNET Electrical - time to answer was one minute; excellent. The manner in which my call was handled was also excellent - the lady who answered my call was polite, friendly and professional; she understood the problem and instantly informed me that pick-up of the faulty item and delivery of a replacement would be arranged. DPD turned up exactly on time; pick up and delivery was simultaneous; excellent. Overall, a fast and efficient service that I highly recommend.”
