“The site was easy to access and the vacuum cleaner that I bought, was a well known model that was substantially cheaper than on any other website that I looked at. Delivery was very quick and efficient, and the vacuum cleaner was in perfect order. I had occasion to phone freeNET electrical office and was given friendly and helpful advice. I cannot fault the service I received.”

“The Miele vacuum cleaner arrived via DPD as promised with advance notice of a one hour delivery time. The cleaner was easy to assemble and works well, I have used it once and it was a bit harder to push and didn't balance as well on the stairs as the Dyson Animal it replaced, but it cleaned well and it will get easier to use as I become more familiar with it. I like the different suction settings for different floor coverings, the filter worked well and it was easy to empty.”
