“Received the Bissell InstaClean compact carpet cleaner 48X4E in good condition and delivered within the time scale. Product excellent and would recommend for people with bad backs as this is a light cleaner, compact for storage and although doesn't remove on first attempt all the heavy stains the overall effect is good. Would highly recommend FreeNet Electrical as experienced no delivery problems and they offered an excellent discount on this particular model.”

“This is the first time I have ordered from FreeNet Electrical and I wasn’t disappointed. I placed my order online quickly and without any problems however I had a query and needed to phone them to discuss something about this product. Phone contact was easy and they dealt with my query immediately. Delivery was super quick especially during Covid-19. I would definitely order from this company again.”

“Ordered keen wood mixer came in quick. But when opened parcel warehouse had sent the wrong one. Phoned free net and spoke to pete who quickly sorted out the return of the wrong one.which was amazing as they came within an hour.had problem receiving the one I ordered which took almost 2weeks to come. I had a choice of cancelling but did not want to do this.but what I can say is pete has been absolutly amazing . First class from customer services.Keep me informed the whole time of what was happening.although this happened I would still rececomed them. They gave me some compensation which I was very pleased with.they even helped me to do the gaurentee as I was unable to do it myself. Thank you once again to pete and the staff .”

“I ordered a Miele vacuum cleaner from Freenet electrical and after a short delay ( these are difficult times for suppliers and transporters due to the corona virus), the item was delivered. The customer service was excellent and I was kept fully informed by Peter who arranged for a shortened timescale delivery direct from DPD. In summary the price was unbeatable and the service excellent.”
