“FreeNET offered the product we wanted at the most competitive price. Before purchasing, I did read through the reviews to get a feel for other customers experience which was positive. I'd definitely recommend FreeNET, the only issue we experienced was with the delivery where the delivery company apparently attempted to deliver my purchase but the picture of the front door was not my house, then received an email saying packaging had been damaged, so not entirely sure what the actual truth was. I did try to get in contact with the delivery company which was almost impossible to physically speak to an actual person and was charged £5 for a phone call to them!”

“This company were excellent for price and delivery. Best on the internet. My Vax carpet cleaner has not been used yet, as I bought it for my new home, so did not want to take it out of the box it came in, so I could transport it to the Outer Hebrides safely. I was very impressed with the excellent service I received.. Thank you so much.”

“Ordered a Beko CEG5301X Bean To Cup Coffee Machine at a very low price. Had De'Longhi and Gaggia machines before and they were at least double the price of this unit. Ordered Xmas Eve and delivered on pre arranged day on time. Will definately be ordering through freeNET electrical again!”
