Jeff was awesome!!! Our lanterns came with the glass shattered (not his fault-I think the delivery guy slammed them down on the porch). Had a 3 years process with FML trying get assistance with our gas lanterns to function with the electric switch. Expensive switch, ca $600per x 6, non responsive from service department or credit for returns. Manually lighting them and will look elsewhere next time.
