“We could not be more thrilled with our gorgeous new exterior light fixtures. They are so beautifully made that a number of neighbors have already dropped by to compliment us and ask us where we purchased them. Best of all, the customer service specialist with whom we worked, Becky, was just wonderful. I must have asked her 100 questions and she answered them all patiently and in detail. This was a big purchase for us and I was very nervous, but it has been well worthwhile.”

“Jeff was awesome!!! Our lanterns came with the glass shattered (not his fault-I think the delivery guy slammed them down on the porch). Anyway, Jeff sent replacements before I ever got the broken ones to the UPS store. The new ones look great! He even threw in two new light blubs. Michael in Charlotte”

“Our French Market Lanterns are incredible! We purchased 2 wall-mounted gas lanterns with a black copper finish. They arrived in less time than we expected and they were packaged incredibly well to ensure no breakage, damage, etc. They were stunning right out of the box and look even better now that they are installed on our porch on both sides of our entry door. The installation was super easy and we are very appreciative of the high quality of the gas lights. I highly recommend French Market Lanterns for their selection, high quality, attention to detail, and exceptional service.”

“Very satisfied with my purchase of PRIMO Copper Lanterns. Did ask some questions that were quickly answered by customer service before ordering. Delivery was made within a week whereas most retailers were saying 4-5 weeks. One Lantern had a broken glass panel and one was missing a hinge pin. I contacted customer service and they promptly had parts sent for me to install. The lanterns look great and I ordered some gas flame-like bulbs to add more of desired look.”

“The lanterns themselves look great. However, the three that I ordered were all slightly damaged. Bent frames, or incompletely assembled. The glass panes were not held in place by the thin sheet metal brackets at the top and bottom in all three lanterns. I needed to carefully bend the metal so as to snug up the glass. The glass was held in place during shipping with styrofoam inserts, which I believe helped to avoid damage to the glass. I needed to bend the outer shell in several places, but due to timelines of plumber scheduling and the fact that these took several weeks to deliver, I decided to keep them and look past the irregularities. They are a fantastic addition to the home, however, are overpriced excessively for the delivered product.”
