“We could not be more thrilled with our gorgeous new exterior light fixtures. They are so beautifully made that a number of neighbors have already dropped by to compliment us and ask us where we purchased them. Best of all, the customer service specialist with whom we worked, Becky, was just wonderful. I must have asked her 100 questions and she answered them all patiently and in detail. This was a big purchase for us and I was very nervous, but it has been well worthwhile.”

“Jeff was awesome!!! Our lanterns came with the glass shattered (not his fault-I think the delivery guy slammed them down on the porch). Anyway, Jeff sent replacements before I ever got the broken ones to the UPS store. The new ones look great! He even threw in two new light blubs. Michael in Charlotte”

“My lanterns were too small & looked odd bc of this. However, due the cost to send back I just chose to keep them. Customer service call center is great. Reason for the star review is “company policy” to return. These items are expensive & it’s too much to charge to return.”

They arrived in less time than we expected and they were packaged incredibly well to ensure no breakage, damage, etc. They were stunning right out of the box and look even better now that they are installed on our porch on both sides of our entry door. The installation was super easy and we are very appreciative of the high quality of the gas lights. “Very satisfied with my purchase of PRIMO Copper Lanterns. Did ask some questions that were quickly answered by customer service before ordering. Delivery was made within a week whereas most retailers were saying 4-5 weeks. One Lantern had a broken glass panel and one was missing a hinge pin. I contacted customer service and they promptly had parts sent for me to install. The lanterns look great and I ordered some gas flame-like bulbs to add more of desired look.”
