“My lanterns were too small & looked odd bc of this. However, due the cost to send back I just chose to keep them. Customer service call center is great. Reason for the star review is “company policy” to return. These items are expensive & it’s too much to charge to return.”

“The lanterns themselves look great. However, the three that I ordered were all slightly damaged. Bent frames, or incompletely assembled. The glass panes were not held in place by the thin sheet metal brackets at the top and bottom in all three lanterns. I needed to carefully bend the metal so as to snug up the glass. The glass was held in place during shipping with styrofoam inserts, which I believe helped to avoid damage to the glass. I needed to bend the outer shell in several places, but due to timelines of plumber scheduling and the fact that these took several weeks to deliver, I decided to keep them and look past the irregularities. They are a fantastic addition to the home, however, are overpriced excessively for the delivered product.”

“Gorgeous but TINY!!! We have a farmhouse built inn1904 and the ceilings are not very high. I went w the middle height and it’s dwarfed. They’re wonderful but get the biggest you can”

“My first order came within a couple weeks. My second took six weeks. I have emailed a couple time that I am in need of 2 siding adapters for 2 of my lamps. But i have not heard from anyone.”

“First of all I LOVE my new Lanterns for the front of our house. I ordered them in April but finally contacted them with out much luck to see when I might expect them. I finally talked to someone in August and they explained that there had been supply chain delays-a simple email to keep me up to date would have been most helpful! Again we love them but were very frustrated by the lack of communication!”

“One of my lanterns arrived without proper mourning hardware. Thankfully I was able to rig something up for it but it doesn’t look as good as if the proper hardware had been with it. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning and reordering.”

“Communication with Jeff was excellent, however the quality of the lanterns seemed poor given the price we paid for them. We ended up returning them as we had a few issues.”

“The product is kind of chincy. It works and looks nice but all of the hardware was loose and the rivers that hold the unit together do not stop it from sloping at an angle when you hang it caused by the weight of itself. Not the quality I would have expected for the price.”
