“Called with problem with my lanterns. Come to find out, we had burners for natural gas and it was creating a major spot problem. The staff quickly recognized the problem and made to recommendation to get burners for LP gas. Problem solved and we now have clean burning lanterns.”

“The problem was my city inspector would not clear the lantern gas valve because it was copper. This caused a huge problem and frustration for me and my gas plumber. My plumber came up with a way to install a separate metal valve. Doesn’t look as good but works”

“I was less than thrilled with the quality of a $670 hanging lantern from Primo. Firstly, it’s next to impossible to conceal the gas line along the housing, which is a little bit of any eye sore. There isn’t any adjustment that allows the consumer to tighten the mount points while ensuring the lantern is aligned with the house. If the mounts are screwed tightly, then the lantern is at an angle to the house. This also goes for the flame tip, which comes in two pieces. Aligning the flame tip, gas valve, and routing the flare fitting such that it is straight and tight is impossible. If the gas valve is aligned to the front, which is how it should be, the flair fitting on the bottom is directed to the front, but the pre-installed 3/16” tubing is in the back. I’ve tried several times to attach pictures but always gave errors processing.”

“I found the product to be of good quality, but the finish was substandard. I purchased for the antigue copper. The lanterns antique copper is stripey with definate green lines, streaks. I therefore wanted to return, but found the return policy of 25% restocking fee to be excessive for a product I was unable to view in person before purchase. Over 300$ to place already boxed product back into inventory is excessive. Therefore, I will be keeping product until I find something I like to replace it.”
