“Once I got through, the service was fine; however, it took me over 4 tries to get help. Called, left messages but never received a call back. I needed glass replacements and the website didn't offer parts. I tried making the glass but that failed. I made one last attempt to get through and lucked out getting ahold of someone.”

“I bought a flame imitation light bulb which was either defective or not suitable. I assume it was defective. They wanted a restocking fee. I called and they said I would get an RMA to ship back but I never got one. I was going to buy some lighting but not now.”

“Gorgeous but TINY!!! We have a farmhouse built inn1904 and the ceilings are not very high. I went w the middle height and it’s dwarfed. They’re wonderful but get the biggest you can”

“Ordered a Georgetown hanging lantern in copper and shipping was very quick. It unfortunately arrived damaged and the company worked quickly to have the damaged one returned at their expense and a new one sent. Had the replacement in less than a week. The lantern looks like really nice quality and can’t wait to get it installed. Even better is how well the company handled the replacement. Will be ordering more lights from them very soon.”
