“I am a builder. I ordered to French Market gas lanterns. Received the first one in several days. Great. The second one never arrived. Called customer service and had to leave a message. They called back and said the problem was with the shipper and it was my responsibility to contact the shipper. The two laters are to be mounted on each side of a entrance to a new high end residence. Without a matching pair nothing is viable. I am out of recourses and can’t find a solution. UPS does not communicate.”

“Took 8 weeks to receive and one came with broken glass panel that we replaced at Lowe’s with a custom cut piece of glass. Didn’t want to deal with hassle of returns and replacement when these took so long to receive in first place.”
