In today's time and age why would an email responding company person tell me that it takes up to 5 to 10 business days to fulfill an order? Thats two weeks before it even gets sent into the mail another week to receive that is a totally unacceptable disgrace! I am confused is there only one guy that works for your and you keep grandpa busy curing the peppers out of the garage on the weekends? I noticed also that you don't even reply in email that someone even purchased and recognition of the order. You want people to order then snail mail the whole process! unbelievable. Maybe you really don't even want to run a business, cause these 10 business days to get out an order is unbelievable in today's internet world. I notice you have all the great reviews and none under 4 stars which makes me believe you don't even promote ones that are any negative. I will give you till Tuesday which will be 6 business days then i will cancel my purchase and tell my credit card to refund my money! You guys are a joke and really don't deserve business at all China could send me a package faster then you guys! P,s. Yes i emailed a person after three days of no confirmation email that i even purchased and received the reply 5 to 10 business days, and this guy thought he was being polite!
