HORRIBLE - paid for expedited delivery, didn't happen. Called 7 hours later and they couldn't even get a hold of the florist to confirm when delivery might happen

The absolute worst flower delivery service. Flowers didn't get there until 9pm and looked nothing like what I ordered. Their customer service is overseas and not helpful. I do not recommend.

For Youflowers.com horrible service. Ordered 9 days in advance for delivery and delivery never maid it. VERY unreliable.

FromYouFlowers were the first florist to show up and had wonderful reviews. Actually the business is terrible. and expensive. and did not deliver on the promised day. And flowers were old. And they credited me for the same day charge and the late delivery. But not to my charge card but a credit to spend more money with them. THE person FORGOT to tell me that aspect. I agree. Call your local florist No matter what the discount is

Next I sent flowers for a funeral, and paid for Sunday delivery as the funeral was scheduled for 10 am.

Zero rating. Company is a fraud. Ordered premium balloon package with a teddy bear and chocolate. Even paid for expedited delivery. After several calls, finally got refund. Ruined my Anniversary aa my husband is recovering from a stroke. Said delivered but scam No delivery at rehab where he is recovering. Avoid this company!

What I ordered did not match what I selected.cotton design, and got daisies, the base, the lace was different. I paid for early delivery and flower were received in the afternoon.

When I called the guy (who barely spoke English) said they would push the order through for the normal early delivery (Which I already paid extra for) THEN Got another email stating they wouldn't make it in the window I requested.
