So.. last year my father placed an order through 1800 flowers that’s similar to fromyouflowers. Not only did the items arrive late as hell, they were nothing like the photo, the bear was cheap and tiny, the balloon was horrible, the vase was not what he ordered, the flowers were dead when they did show up late etc. he had to fight to get some sort of refund.
Well, my husband is deployed and wanted to suprise me by ordering flowers for me from fromyouflowers.com for Valentine’s Day. He’s got $100 in the order with chocolates & a custom photo vase of us which is so sweet of him but I’m reading these reviews (after he places his order already). Should I cancel? Can I dispute this? Customer service sounds awful and like it’s a total cycle to see your money back. I have a gut feeling not only will they not be here by Valentine’s Day.. they’ll be nothing like he expected and no custom photo vase.
