My delivery never came to the place, I asked if they did delivery same day and they said yes. A family member funeral was yesterday, the ceremony/service at church at 4pm. The next day today someone call me to ask if they can do the delivery. I’m so upset trusting this business

I am very disappointed with their service. Ordered delivery of flowers to hotel and paid for same day delivery. They didn't managed to deliver and the only solution was apologize and refund.
Will not recommend.
