Flowers always come on time great customer service except last year when my mom got her flowers she didn't know who they were from they 4got to include my card ! Even though they were to be delivered the same day (I also made the order late morning) they tried but couldn't. They emailed me right away and refunded my same day delivery fee immediately! Promised next day delivery and was great! I have used them before. They have quality flowers and I think excellent service too!
