The previous\r\ncompany that published the original edition used corrupted and unauthorized manuscript files so once live on Amazon we were horrified to see such incompetence. However, Sarah W. who is\/was my contact editor for the now revised edition was marvelous. Her and the team behind the scenes went over and above \r\n time and energy to smooth out ALL the errors that we requested\/required help with on this time consuming this project to our specifications. When dealing with my frustration Sarah had always been supportive reassuring me that the team is behind me all the way. I felt comfortable and very thankful as I read the corrected files.
